I too am giving 1 star because 0 is not possible. Terrible communication. Never have I seen a more oblivious check in clerk! I am an hour past the estimated end time and she could not care less. I am not changing the 1 star rating but there is an update. Update-the nursing staff was terrific, especially Cindy. She stepped right in and found the information I needed as to when my husband's procedure would be complete. And Dr. Guerrero is #1!

Very poor communication with pts. They do not return calls or answer. Even do not respond to urgent on-call messages with the service. Very, very disappointed. Had my mom prep for 4 days to never call her with a time to arrive for a procedure on a given date. She had to organize transportation and this made it very difficult. Then she showed up anyway and they did not have her on the schedule, despite her paperwork by the office. No apologies! Unacceptable and horrible treatment to the elderly. Do not recommend at all.

Five Stars from the 6am greeting receptionist, to my very professional, attentive and personable nurses Chrissy, Sarah and Tina. The anesthesiologist was informative and caring. Dr. Baskar was thorough and had a good bedside manner. All in all a very positive experience.

I set an appointment with these people, and requested a cost analysis then. no one in the office apparently knows how to find information for the procedures that they claim to specialize in. when I finally received a call from Sheryl in the "authorizations department", to tell me how much my cost would be, three days before my appointment. she informs me it is going to cost $450, plus whatever additional costs. she became extremely short, and rude, when I asked for a clearer understanding. she ended with telling me to call my insurance company, if I cant understand. terrible customer relations all around, for a very serious situation.
