Double charged me and I can’t get in contact. Phone # always has a recording, no email I can find. Will have to show up at facility next. Not good! 3/11/25 spoke with billing in January. They said they would refund me. It’s March and no refund yet!

The front desk staff are terrible & I disagree with not allowing someone with you in the building but the medical staff in the back are great . They are compassionate & explain each set up of the process. The nurse in the procedure room who works with Dr Raymond is so kind & makes you feel at ease. Dr Raymond is so compassionate & skilled . The anesthesiologist Tom is skilled & makes sure you feel safe during sedation. The process is smooth & quick . The nurses are great about going over your medical information & providing medication for nausea. I was especially grateful that my nurse while going over my paperwork had a another nurse start my IV at the same time so they could relieve my extreme nausea it truly helped & made me feel so much better. Would recommend the facility but hopefully management will change the lock on the bathroom mode where you need a key especially for people with clo on prep on board , hopefully re higher a kind & compassionate front desk staff to represent the kindness of the employees in the back & change the no visitor rule.

I am a local lawyer in town who needed a routine colon screening. I returned to Dr. Englander who had performed the procedure 5 years ago. He is now teamed up with the nicest group of medical professionals I have ever been around. The folk at Waterside made me feel so relaxed and at home it made this necessary screening actually enjoyable. I enter the new year with a clean bill of health and a message to all: please get the screenings your doctor prescribes, it can save your life!

I was there on August 8th, 2019 for a medical procedure. I was nervous, but I must say the staff was outstanding, starting from the receptionist Cat, then I was brought in... the staff's names are Debbie the nurse, Bri, Mark, Kiya, Kim & of course the physician Dr. Garelick. Everything turned out great!
