The staff is amazing. They are truly empathetic and kind. I can't say enough kind words. Was having TKR and they explained everything they were doing before they did it and worked hard to reduce my anxiety. And it worked. Special callout to RN Joan. Even when I had an accident she did not make me feel ashamed or embarrassed. Thank you!!!

My wife recently had a procedure performed there and we were both very happy with the facility. To start we were immediately met by an attentive staff at the front desk who processed her quickly. When she was brought back for pre-op she was met with respect and care who h is all anyone could ask for. I was then brought in afterwards and met by a pleasant nurse, Joan, I believe her name was. She was caring for my wife pre and post-op making sure she was comfortable. After the procedure my wife had a negative reaction to her anesthesia but Joan and the staff were attending to her and getting her ready to be discharged without feeling like we were just being rushed out the door. No, they were as professional as one would want in their care providers, top quality all the way. We hope that with any of our medical products, if there is a procedure needing to be done, this is where it will be. Excellent experience.
