In every part of the Eye Specialist of Mid-Florida Winter Haven facility I have been treated with respect, kindness and professionalism. I believe that each person with whom I work sincerely cares about my eye care needs. I appreciate that my poor hearing, slow thought processes and slow body movements are kindly assisted. The folder of information is well written in simple language that is easy to understand and follow. Getting to the Winter Haven clinic from Bartow is an easy trip. Getting in and out of the parking lot is not a problem. The clinic is well maintained and comfortable.
