I’m not one for giving reviews but this is the absolute worst care I have ever received. The staff does not know how to run an office efficiently. They never do what they say and you have to call FAR too many times to follow up and ask if they sent records, calling in prescriptions, referrals etc. If you have an appointment for a specific time, be prepared to wait for 20-30 minutes in the waiting room and then another hour in the actual treatment room before being seen. They need serious help with communication and doing their jobs correctly! Awful awful, do not go here, I would never go back to this place!!!!! If I could give less than 1 star I would!

Today was first experience with this office, and must say I was pleasantly surprised. Very friendly yet poised and professional staff made me feel extremely at ease during a "first time" experience that can sometimes be uncomfortable. Very little wait time between waiting room and arrival of PA to the exam room. APRN Akshay Patel listened to me ramble about my history and situation with patience and understanding, answered my questions with simple yet pertinent explanations. Would (and will) highly recommend this office and the personnel.

I’m currently sitting in one of their rooms. I won’t be back. The nurses left early, my appt was at 4pm, and it’s 4:38 and all that’s been done is take my vitals, and that wasn’t done properly either. I won’t be back, and I’m considering leaving before I even see the doctor if I’m not seen in the next five or so minutes. There’s also a biohazard medical waste box IN this patient room for some reason???
