The intake team was professional and treated me with respect and kindness, a great way to start your surgical procedure. My nursing staff was phenomenal and so personable they made me feel so welcomed and at ease. My surgical staff was Amazing and I knew I was in good hands.

I cant say enough about Winter Haven Ambulatory Surgical Center! From check in to discharge this place runs super efficiently! I was impressed by the professionalism and knowledge of all the staff! I have had a bad experience in a different unrelated surgical center that left me scared to ever trust or go under anesthesia again! I must rave about the anesthesiologist for a minute! He is amazing! I had a wonderful experience I don't think he knows how great he is! I give a big thank you to all the staff! You all rock! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Most impressed with the staff and service at Winter Haven Ambulatory Surgery Center. From the beginning to the end of my stay I had excellent care. Each staff member made sure I was their top priority. Absolutely love their patient portal. . .One Medical Passport. I must say other facilities could learn a thing or two from this center. Extra special thanks to Mikaela at the front desk for obtaining the proper insurance information needed for my procedure. Thanks to all, I very much appreciate your dedication!!!!!!

Very clean professional building! I was greeted by a wonderful young lady who was very delightful and attentive before my procedure on my eye. I'm sitting in a waiting area that supplies drinks and snacks with plenty of seating for your family to wait. Their numeric patient system is effective and great for patient privacy. As eager as I am to get back there and start surgery, my anxiety is a little better by the atmosphere surrounding me! If you're heading here put your mind at ease! It's great!!
