Yall need a new receptionist. She is absolutely rude as can be. I can understand and respect if yall have no food or drink signs posted on the entrance door . But telling someone no food or drink when no signs posted is something different. Also be more polite when you tell someone that. Also she was very disrespectful to an older lady while she was on the phone .

I was referred to Dr. Holt by my primary, I arrived to the appointment nice front desk staff. Short wait time, I was called to the back I didn’t get the nurses name but she was coughing while standing there the door calling me I brushed it off she had no mask on, we get to the exam room she takes my blood pressure with the wrist cuff it read and inaccurate number she coughs again and touches me to get the wrist bp monitor off & also she says I won’t say it’s high, I then ask if she could take a manual blood pressure she says sure she didn’t come back to do so,I didn’t feel good about what was happening so I left this was my first impression of the nursing staff wasn’t a good experience in my opinion.

Great experience from receptionist to being assisted to the car. Cory, Brent, and Dr. Holt were wonderful. Polite, professional, and personable. Follow up phone call after procedure only added to my overall great experience. Small things add up to big things. Phone consult regarding prep procedures was wonderful. Being able to purchase prep items right there at office was another perk. Highly recommend. Probably don't want the photos added...lol.

I had a great experience. Katrina and Brooklyn were so helpful and made me feel so comfortable. Doctors offices can be intense for some people but I was treated with nothing but respect and compassion. Katrina talked to me like I was more than just a patient. I will be recommending them and Albany Surgical.

I was referred to Dr. Davis by Dr. Laura Fay to determine if I had reflux. The entire staff were friendly, efficient and thorough. Dr. Davis was thorough and answered all my questions. Before and after my surgery he was attentive and made me feel at ease. Sarah the NPC was especially informative and attentive. My surgery was very successful. Thanks to all of you from the bottom of my heart.
