My girlfriend had a surgery scheduled here for 11 AM and all communication prior heavily emphasized arriving early. We arrived at 1030AM and waited for more than hour while trying to contact anyone through the ENT website or any form of communication we could. There were no nurses or receptionists in sight as we waited while the front desk was closed and blocked off whereas the kiosk was broken and the phone only went to voicemail. UPDATE: 1h30 after we arrived a nurse came up the elevator and greeted us. The nurse and staff were very friendly and communicated that they’ve been working through som me growing pains. The overall wait for the surgery after getting prepped took around an hour due to the lack of workforce. The team of nurses and doctors were wonderful, but any scheduling or communication prior to meeting with them was extremely frustrating.

Had a tonsillectomy and sinus correction. They first billed my insurance $100,000 then told me I was only on the hook for $1150. Made the payment schedule and paid up only to have a bill for another $200 and 3 $15 rebilling fees charged to me when they didn't take money from me in April. I recommend another surgery center and also not ENT Institute.

I was scared to death of waking up before the surgery was over because of reading horror stories online of that stuff happening. The doctors were empathetic about my fears. I went to the OR and was breathing through the mask, and I started to get freaked out because I didn't fall asleep at first. Then I was out before I knew it, I was back up, without any pain or discomfort. So happy, they did a great job.

If I could leave negative reviews on this place I would. After many discrepancies over the bill, they refused to send me a breakdown of the costs and then sent the rest of my bill to collections. They then refused to call me back about my account for around an entire year. I spent months calling and leaving voicemails trying to get in touch with someone to work out payment. Once I did get a call back they did nothing but lie and make up things that never happened. Worst experience that I have EVER had dealing with anyone in the medical profession. The entire entire experience was very unprofessional and the staff were very rude. Please do yourself a favor and never ever deal with this office. Save yourself the trouble and find a different office. Complete and utter scam artists and I have been made aware that this is not an isolated case, they have done this to many patients.

Horrible service. 2 patients left because after almost 2 hours, no one ever came out to get them. Very sketchy office. Also, horrible at billing. NEVER received a bill from them, until it showed up via a collections agency. I'm on top of our bills. Never miss a payment. I had NEVER received a bill from them. Then I call the collections agency and they give me 3 different names for the same doctors office. DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY.
