Wonderful doctors but IMPOSSIBLE to contact for appointments. It takes several calls a day for multiple days to get through and the scheduler can take over a week to call after an appointment. It is unacceptable when dealing with an elderly person in pain.

I have been a patient of Dr. Dammanna for several years. He is the first physician who could manage my cervical and lumbar injuries where others were not successful. Dr. Dammanna uses conservative treatment and the highest quality of care. I have read several of the reviews regarding the office staff. In my experience I have not found this to be true. When making an appointment I have had to leave a message on occasion and my call has been returned with in the same day or the follow business day. I have never waited two days. I did have to reschedule an appointment because I WAS LATE due to unforeseen circumstances. The front desk worked with me to reschedule for the next available appointment. Procedures are handled very professionally and I have had issues with my insurance and the staff has been amazing appealing denial of services when they truly do not have to. They were doing it as a courtesy. Once approved and the day of my procedure all of the surgical staff was so kind, caring and also professional.
