Would leave 0 stars if possible. My grandmother was put into a room and left for 2.5 hours with no one checking in. She ended up leaving without being seen and the staff could not have cared less.

The doctors and staff were extremely nice but the price is a problem. There are offices that do upper GI and colonoscopy in the office but here you have to go to the hospital and pay them too. I don't know which doctor I'm even paying or who did what. If I'm paying them that much for an office visit that's ridiculous. I have insurance too.

The doctor and admin staff are extremely knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. Initial visit with Dr. Smith was on time and I learned a lot. He was very patient and answered all my questions. The final exam was on time. Nurses did a great job of making me comfortable and a painless procedure.

Great experience for me and my wife. We had multiple procedures performed last 30 days. Great to deal with a Doctor with a friendly personality and disposition. We highly recommend!

The nurse/PA I had the initial meeting with gave me a directions sheet with some parts scratched out, some highlighted and some handwritten in. Also I had a bad experience with the prep they prescribed. But the main problem was I had an appointment for 10am. A nurse called me a couple days before to confirm I would be there at 9:30am (which I was). They called my back a little after 10am, stuck a needle into my arm and attached some wires (stick on) to my chest and left me in a little room with plastic curtain walls. I sat there (no phone and no TV) and stared at the plastic curtains til 1:30 pm (a LITTLE OVER 3 HOURS) before they got me for the procedure. No one checked on me or updated me on when it would be my turn. My wife said in the fine print of the paper work I signed they indicated the "average wait time IS 1 TO 5 HOURS. Their focus is on what is convenient for the doctor, NOT on patient service. I will never go there again.
