My 4 yr old son was just seen here on 11/12 to have his adenoids removed and when I say Dr.Oh and her staff were extremely supportive and helpful and caring for my son. Everyone was so nice. From check in to checking out, They made our time there very comfortable and easy. Thanks to Nicole and all of the other nurses for having amazing bedside manners!!!!! They also did a follow up call as well to check on Braxton.

The staff took really good care of me before, during, and after my procedure. They even called the next day to see how I was doing. I highly recommend them.

I brought my 5 months old daughter to see Dr Koriwchak in December 2021. When I initially called, I asked the person who scheduled an appointment if the doctor will be a baby, and was told YES. After waiting for an hour to be seen, Dr Koriwchak walked in, and told us that he is not comfortable seeing a patient this young and advised us to reschedule with Dr White. Dr White actually did see my daughter. After the visit, we got billed for both visits - the one that we got rejected at and the second one where we were actually seen and checked up by Dr White. I paid for Dr White visit and continuously called billing department, explaining the situation yet we still continued to receive the bill for seeing Dr Koriwchak . Last week i received a letter from collections bureau with my now 15 months old daughter’s name on it! I called billing AGAIN, and was told that they sent numerous communications to ENT of GA and never received a response. Billing is now trying to handle it yet again, but my child’s name is now in collections! By far this is the worst experience out of all the doctor’s offices I have had to visit in my lifetime! The front desk apparently has no idea what they are doing when scheduling patients. Doctors don’t communicate clearly which patients they can and cannot see. And there is absolutely no communication between the office and billing department. If I could give this clinic 0 stars - I would. Needless to say - WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Good staff etc, but how do you not have online payment for invoices? If i'm going to get an unexpected bill months later because it wasn't billed right to insurance / let know at time of service proper bill, then at least let me pay online - it's not 1995 anymore
