I have been a patient of this practice for over ten years. They are the best ! The doctor who treated me was Dr. Curtis, she is very attentive to you and she will or her staff will personally follow up with you after a procedure is done. Does not get any better than Dr. Curtis!!!

Called Tuesday. Got in to see the doctor on Wednesday. By luck they had an opening for a procedure on Thursday (if not would have waited a week which isn't bad) Got the diagnostic report that day with a treatment plan. Visits were efficient and the Doctor and all his staff were very caring and thorough. Would recommend to anyone.

The doctors are knowledgeable and attentive, and the nurses have some of the best bedside manner I’ve ever experienced—kind, calming, and genuinely supportive. Dr. Carson in particular stands out. She takes the time to answer every question thoroughly and makes sure that any concern I raise is fully addressed. Her approach is both compassionate and efficient, which makes a big difference when you're dealing with something as personal as GI health. Pam, the scheduler (I believe that’s her name), has gone above and beyond more than once—including helping me track down old records that had dropped out of the system. That kind of dedication is rare and deeply appreciated. The practice is conveniently located near the Northside Hospital Complex, which makes logistics easy. I have been a patient of Dr. Kelly Carson for several years. Recently, I developed some gut issues and made an appointment with Dr. Carson. After undergoing every test and procedure(s) that Dr. Carson recommended, I finally got a diagnosis. She is by far the most efficient Dr. I have ever been to. Dr. Carson and her medical assistant, Junice, are most professional and knowledgeable. From providing numerous phone calls to me and handling my insurance issues, I truly felt that I was her one and only patient! I feel so fortunate to have her as my Gastro Dr.!
