Called Tuesday. Got in to see the doctor on Wednesday. By luck they had an opening for a procedure on Thursday (if not would have waited a week which isn't bad) Got the diagnostic report that day with a treatment plan. Visits were efficient and the Doctor and all his staff were very caring and thorough. Would recommend to anyone.

The doctors are knowledgeable and attentive, and the nurses have some of the best bedside manner I’ve ever experienced—kind, calming, and genuinely supportive. Dr. Carson in particular stands out. She takes the time to answer every question thoroughly and makes sure that any concern I raise is fully addressed. Her approach is both compassionate and efficient, which makes a big difference when you're dealing with something as personal as GI health. Pam, the scheduler (I believe that’s her name), has gone above and beyond more than once—including helping me track down old records that had dropped out of the system. That kind of dedication is rare and deeply appreciated. The practice is conveniently located near the Northside Hospital Complex, which makes logistics easy. I highly recommend Metro Atlanta Gastroenterology to anyone looking for expert care delivered with kindness and professionalism.

After undergoing every test and procedure(s) that Dr. Carson recommended, I finally got a diagnosis. She is by far the most efficient Dr. I have ever been to.
