The care I received from Dr Smith and staff was excellent, compassionate, and more importantly, kind! Kindness always goes a long way. Although I hope there’s never a need for me to return for another procedure, I had a great experience overall. Dr Smith has an excellent bedside manner.

I was here for a procedure for an ultra sound. The staff here was excellent. I came in nervous a the nurse Tameka said don’t worry we gotcha. Nothing to worry about. Dr. Smith did the procedure for me and was very knowledgeable. Had no pain during the procedure. I will be coming back for more visits and procedures in the future. Thanks Norrh east Vascular team.

We had previously given 5 stars to this practice, but not anymore. We gave such a great review due to Dr. Lea. However, he is no longer a part of this newly forged "cluster" of a medical office. The management of this place is extremely hard to deal with and can absolutely cause billing nightmares for their patients. We recently had a situation where accounts payable/receivable (the absolute worst) billed. and got paid by, both us AND our insurance company for the same procedure. Then, they stalled and stonewalled us for SIX months! We called repeatedly to try and get our money refunded with zero results, receiving only obfuscation and outright falsehoods. This ongoing problem was only resolved after we had our insurance company do a conference call with me and their main office in Florida to read them the riot act. Then, and only then, did they issue a refund. The representative at their main office was helpful, but that does not in any way make up for the half a year of trying to get the Dunwoody office to refund money they had no right to collect in the first place. They have no excuse. We will never go here again.

I had such a great experience throughout my entire UFE process! Dr. Lea is always so pleasant, I don’t think I’ve ever spoken to a Doctor so thorough and patient. Courtney is very welcoming and personable. I’m forever grateful for NE Preferred Vascular Services - the outcome of my procedure, minimal recovery time, and ability to live a normal life! Thank you!!
