I had a procedure at this facility twice now between late 2016/2019 and the experience has not been positive with the staff. However, the doctors have been excellent. The nurses that take you back to get ready for surgery forgets to get my wife (even when i ask) and I do not see her until after the procedure. In addition there is no communication from the front office that I've been taken back unless my wife ask. Each time we ask "why" this continues to happen we are provided an excuse I forgot or ran out of time . However, we see other patients having their family back. I cannot express that when a patient is scheduled for surgery one of the most important things this staff can do is ensure their family is there if at all possible and at the very least notify the family. This is just patient care!!!!!!
