She explained the plan of care very clearly and made me feel very at ease with acknowledging my symptoms were real and how she could help me control my pain to live a more active lifestyle! I had an appointment on October 21st at 2:00 p.m. I arrived at 1:15 to fill out paperwork since I was a new patient. I was taken into an exam room after filling out the paperwork and was left sitting in the exam room for over an hour and never saw a doctor or anyone. However they charged my bank account $40 for my copay with insurance even though I never saw a doctor. I would not recommend this doctor's office to anyone I am asking for a refund of the $40 copay and I'm waiting to see if they will acknowledge their error. I left the doctor's office at 3:00 p.m. after sitting in the exam room for over an hour never seeing anyone.

The entire staff is lovely and easy to talk to. They are very responsive and put your comfort first. I've been a patient for over 3 years. I wish I wasn't a patient at all but since I have to go through what I go through. I'm happy to go through it with Alliance pain.
