Harold Grassel loved the private rooms. He was a patient several dates. This last time they asked if he wanted to get a shower for the first time. When he got in the room he didn’t get a hospital gown and socks. I know the nurses are under staffed. Suggestion maybe the volunteer workers could get the hospital gown and the slippers to help with the patients. The nurses and the doctors were all very nice. The.nurses did respond quickly when he paged the nurses! I would rate the hospital a 5 star

Harold liked the private rooms. When he paged the nurses they responded quickly. He liked all the nurses and doctors. The nurses did not get him up to walk and sit on the chair for the first day. He did not get a hospital gown and socks. I know the nurses are under staffed. Suggestion that volunteer workers could help with that since they don’t have nurses aides now. I would rate them a 4 star.

My overall experience with NGPG Interventional Pain Medicine was very good! The front desk staff, the nursing staff and Dr. Jackson were very personable, but still very professional as well. The procedure went well and the results have been amazing! I would not hesitate to recommend this practice to family and friends.

I have lived with chronic pain for almost 10’years since a car wreck. Dr Jackson has worked with me and the issues I have to give me quality of life. Without him and Stacey I would have no quality of life. They always address my existing issues and any new issues. They explain all procedures very well and have done everything possible to help me. They are both very patient. I am not sure I would have recovered enough to have a life without them. I have nothing negative in 10 years to say about the practice. The entire staff is great from the receptionist to the nursing staff. I have memory problems due to my accident and sometimes fail to let the nurses know when I am having trouble with forms but thats my fault not theirs. They are all so great! I can’t say enough good about the entire practice. It also is nice to get in and out as quickly as I do although they will take all the time needed to help with any problems. So very thankful that I was referred to their group and that they gave me as much quality of life as is possible. They really care about their patients. Doctors, nursing staff, receptionist and all support staff have been wonderful.

The doctors and physician assistants I’ve seen are very knowledgeable and concerned with my health, The nurses are just as involved. The receptionists also contribute to a welcoming environment . I highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking quality healthcare.
