I was delightfully surprised as well as impressed by the office of Dr. Jennifer Monaco. I just moved to Columbus from NJ and know a small handful of people. I am having foot pain, and didn’t know where to turn. Luckily, my insurance suggested Dr. Monaco. She was knowledgeable, kind and made a treatment plan that I felt I could live with. Her staff was genuinely friendly and supportive. Dr. Monaco ended our session with the words, “welcome to our family”. I’ve never had a provider use that statement, which shows ownership, responsibility and dedication. Brava, Dr Monaco. It is my hope to find other doctors with your skill set and values. BEST SERVICE hands down. The new facility is beautiful. The staff involved in my care were awesome!!! Genuinely cared about my safety and comfort while in the facility . Listened to my concerns and made sure they understood my reason for coming in. And I absolutely love Dr. Monaco. If you live in the Columbus, GA area and are looking for a podiatrist, you need to contact Ankle and Foot Centers of America and ask for Dr. Jennifer Monaco. She’s the BEST!!!!!

This was my first time. The check in staff was so wonderful and friendly. The wait time wasn't long. I was a little nervous at first but then I met the other staff to do my X-ray, she made me laugh which helped a little.All the staff are so professional, kind and friendly. Dr. Monaco is professional, and educated. This was my first time meeting her. She has this glow about her I just love, beautiful spirit, professional at what she does. Thank you for helping me in my time of need.
