Been going to see Anna for years and wanted to give a big shout out to her for the kindness and professionalism she provides. She always asks about my grandchildren and family. Such a personal experience. Also the nice lady at checkout desk is always accommodating with any questions I have and appointments.

Saw Dr. McTighe and nurse Tabitha on 1/19/25. Everything was great from the visit to checkout with Shannon. Dr. McTighe seemed truly interested in my health and was so thorough. He asked about a surgery scar, checked lymph nodes in the neck and informed me of the importance of eye checkups for people with melanoma diagnosis. Even checked the bottom of my feet! Nurse was super sweet- and checkout was smooth scheduling the next visit. Overall a great experience.

Anna is always kind, personable, and thorough—she takes the time to answer my questions, address any concerns, and explain everything clearly. I also really appreciate how accommodating Shannon is when helping me schedule my appointments. She is always very helpful if I ever have to reschedule. I highly recommend Lane Dermatology!

My experience that Lane Derm was one of a great day. Let’s say, I was so nervous that I brought someone with me to hold my hand. The nurse and was so sweet and so kind that I was already relaxed before Mark came in. Mark stood there and told me exactly what was gonna go on and how it would work and what would happen in the next two weeks and three weeks and that he gave me his phone number which I was surprised. He said you call me if you have any problems at all I thought oh my gosh, this is so great so my experience you could say was terrific
