I will forever cherish Mrs. Katie. My boys absolutely love her. She is so personable and takes the time with you. If I could give them a 10 star rating I would!!!!

This practice continues to take time listening and practicing bedside manner. The assurance and specialized care made the procedure go smoothly. Dr. Ryals , Alyssa Sellers Garner FNP as well as clinical staff highly recommended! Thank you.

I had issues with my hearing. They were immediately on it. I really appreciate the lady who did my hearing test. She was as nice as can be. I think her name was Whitney. The Dr I saw there also addressed any issues I had been having and there was never once that I felt he was in a rush to get me out of there. I was everyone gave that kind of service. Sometimes it’s the little things (courtesy, punctuality and compassion) that make the biggest of differences. If you’re someone like me who gets nervous before going to the Dr, don’t be. You’re in good hands here. They don’t jump straight to surgery to correct things. They use logic and common sense. Very grateful. Thank you, Brent Jones

Day of surgery the anesthesiologist asked if she could say a prayer for my daughter before surgery. They were super nice with all the appointments. The doctor even came in while she was in recovery and talked with us. The nurses kept coming in and checking on her in recovery, askingif she needed anything. Post surgery appt. The Nurse Practitioner was nice, and made my daughter feel comfortable about being scared to brush her teeth since her tonsils were out. She made sure to answer our questions and asked if we had anymore questions. Said if we had any problems to just call them.

I just had an adult tonsillectomy thru the care of Dalton ENT. I was extremely stressed at first leading up to the surgery. However at the end of the day my surgeon Stephen Ryals did a great job on the surgery. He has the best bed side manner and made me feel so comfortable prior to surgery. He sat on the edge of a chair in the pre op room and let me ask him all my questions and was very patient as I did so. I’m day 6 post op and doing great- keep in mind I’m 41 years old and this isn’t an easy surgery. I meet post op with Katy today- and she was also very attentive and answered all of my questions- she explained everything very well and was extremely knowledgeable on what I should expect during the rest of my recovery. Rocky start but a strong finish. I would highly recommend this team :)
