THIS PLACE IS A HORROR SHOW! Do not go here if you expect friendly kind service! This place is a joke, from the main doctor Joshua Hare To the office manager, the PA - Buffy and the nurses (ESPECIALLY KIM!!!) that work in this facility all they’re worried about is patting their pockets with money and not the patients care or concerns by any means. I was referred there by VA Community Care as an Afghanistan war veteran who deals with constant pain in my spine due to an IED blast in Afghanistan in 2010. Anyways, like I was saying everyone in the clinic that I’ve had experience with from the doctor, the PA Buffy, the office manager to my nurse, who was Kim the grey haired lady with a really long ponytail, they aren’t there to help people! They just want your money to pad their pockets. Kim in particular of the nurses is an extremely negative, resentful, ill willed and degrading person as a nurse! They aren’t there to help at all and when I was there, I would actually have panic attacks when I would call or go into the office and had to end up speaking or dealing with Kim. I’ve asked and begged to be assigned to a different nurse and they denied me. They consider it being aggressive/fighting them and they think that you’re just being mean when it’s actually the other way around. I’ve called in and asked to speak to Buffy who is one of the PAs and Kim was the one that answered the phone instead of the receptionist and said that there was nobody there that could help me…... I begged and pleaded to speak to somebody else and she flat out refused to put somebody else on the line so that I could speak to somebody without having an anxiety attack. If you value your well-being, do not go here. If you want to have anxiety attacks due to how people treat you and disrespect you by all means, this is the place you should go.

Dr Hare is GREAT. He understands your pain. He listens to you whenever, you need to talk to him. My last pain doctor was a, DUSH BAG . He didnt put you to sleep to do NERVE ABLATIONS.And with me having 4 TOTAL KNEE REPLACEMENTS. My knee is very , very, sore. Plus, the the procedure is extremely painful. I thought that dr didnt understand. Or he liked to see or hear people scream The office staff is also GREAT. The surroundings are very pleasant. There's no smell like in some drs office. I recommend Dr Hare all they time
Existing.
Staff is ok. They ladies upfront are a little rude and you can hear them talking about patients while you're waiting in the lobby. I see Buffy and she is dry. No personality and doesnt greet you when she walks in the room. Odd interactions with her.

Dr Joshua Hare is the BEST in pain management! He knows what he's doing with the epidurals, other injections and procedures! He cares about his patients, and actually helping them get better, not just throwing pills at them! I have been a patient/friend for over 10 years. The staff at both offices (Dalton & Cleveland) are very sweet and great to work with! I love them all! Thank you for taking such good care of me!
