My son had surgery here last week. He is an adult with special needs. Every single person was phenomenal. I felt our concerns were addressed, lots of patience given, and constant communication as his procedure progressed. He even later received a card from the team that worked him! We've only within the last year discovered this medical gem in Dalton. Chattanooga was always our go-to..but not anymore. Our family has now been served in the Heart Center, Endoscopy Center, and Surgery Center. There isn't a single negative thing for me to say. Thank you for making us feel important during such stressful times.

Had knee surgery on January 22. The front desk was professional enough. The nurses where very professional! I was nervous about the surgery they where understanding help calm my nerves. The Doctors where great took time to explain everything to me. Everyone I meet when I was took back for surgery was great. Would highly recommend Hamilton Ambulatory center. Update on 11-20-2019 Had surgery on ankle tendon repair. In my opinion you could not ask for better people. From the front desk to the nurses getting you ready for surgery you truly feel that it is more than a job to these people. I was super nervous and they put my nerves at ease very compassionate and professional. I highly recommend them. Appreciate all they did for me!!!

I had surgery here today and couldn’t be more pleased with the facility and staff. The receptionist smiled and greeted me as I walked in, she was polite during the interview/consultation. A super sweet nurse took care of my prep for surgery and consistently checked on me as we awaited the anesthesiologist. All of the OR staff was friendly with each other and myself which was very comforting. My first nurse was there for me during recovery and continued to provide excellent care. Another nurse took over once I was moved to a room and she was also very kind, considerate, and caring. I felt like I was the only patient there and their top priority. A huge heartfelt thank you and great appreciation to everyone that took care of me today!
