Other than having to drive over an hour and a half to get there, the whole experience today was perfect. The staff and facility gets 5 stars from us today. Very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Premises were clean and aftercare instructions were precise.

In my opinion, this is THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL medical provider I have ever seen. Will never go back no matter what procedure may be needed. I felt there was zero compassion for patients and their families by staff and the surgeon, Dr. Yuan. My strong recommendation is to find a different provider. Only gave one star because I couldn't give zero or negative stars.
