refused to see my husband (who is a patient here) because he had "symptoms similar to covid" even though he had 3 negative covid tests. the lady on the phone wouldn't even listen to my story or give me the time of day. needless to say i finally found a doctor who WOULD see my husband and he already had such bad pneumonia that he was sent straight to the hospital. absolutely ridiculous. other illnesses besides covid do still exist.

This was the worst experience I ever had with a doctor of any kind. I had previously been treated for an ear infection. It didn't get well and was referred to this clinic. Dr listened to my symptoms and jumped to a very quick diagnosis of TMJ issue, without bothering to give me a thorough sinus exam (going in with camera and looking inside) An MRI ordered by this same Dr showed I had fluid in mastoids and apparently this was overlooked. Besides ear pain and being unable to hear very well, I had some of the most.horrible headaches I had ever experienced. A chiropractor saw this on the MRI and referred me to a wonderful ENT with Piedmont, who actually gave me total exam, took cultures and bloodwork. I finally got relief after two + months.of suffering from dealing with those quacks. I'm shocked to find this Dr is still practicing. Hope no one has such a horrible experience as I. They were still Dekalb Medical at that time which has been almost three years ago now. But those same Drs are still there. Could not recommend them to anyone. I still almost cry when I think about such a.horrible experience!! I wasted three.visits with this.clinic and got nowhere. R Bolin rbolineatl@gmail.com

I was a patient of Dr. Smiths and absolutely loved her. Most of the staff I interacted with in that time were pretty great. After learning that she left and they wouldn't tell me where to, I tried to make an appointment on two separate occasions and was treated so rudely (for what reason?) and basically hung up on after being told they were "full". It's not like I'm a new patient there... I would recommend anyone to Dr. Smith. NOBODY to this practice in general.

Last month June I had an appointment so I called to cancel because the appointment was to see my result of my scan. I received a bill of $30 no show when I called to called this damn appointment. Called Friday, I was told by the front staff someone will call me before the end of that day, I got no call. I went upstairs to disputed it, the lady on the left side said to wait (she on her cell). I'm waiting, 15 mins went by when I got up and I asked Samantha how much longer i needed to wait. These people kept me waiting for no reason, It seems like the one on her cell did not told Samantha I was waiting. When I told her I called last month to cancel, she said, no record of me calling. I called several times on June because I was having conflicts of taking scan in the hospital or across the street from hospital, so when I made my decision, I called because I knew the result of the scan was not be ready at the time of the appointment with Dr. Amin. I told that lady that, so she said I"m going to cancel appointment , so call us back to reschedule. No freaking record about that. I asked her if the result of scan came through, she said, I don't see record of result, (bad). She told me for first time courtesy she is removing fee, that's when I got Angry, like she doing me a freaking favor for their messed up. I know I snatched the appointment out of her hand and it was wrong, but I was very upset and they didn't care, and I didn't care I was rude to that #####

My visits to North Decatur primary care have been quick and pleasant. Dr. Bondulich, the nurse, and the other staff I saw were professional and kind. I didn't have to wait an hour to get seen after my appointment time like at some other doctors. I would recommend this practice.
