As a patient, calling this place to get a simple task accomplished via phone was ridiculous! You have to listen to over 12 minutes of ads and information, before being asked to leave your number for a call back. Clearly these people lack urgency, do not want to speak to anyone or are severly understaffed. I cancelled my appointment. After my review they responded that someone would reach out....well no surprise, no one ever did. Good luck!

Dr Shapiro was amazing. He has such small fingers. When he checked my prostrate I didn’t even feel it. He even sniffed his fingers after and it made me feel extra special! 10/10 will definitely come again.

1st time visit. Dr. Abbott was both personable and professional. He was knowledgeable, communicated clearly, and made me feel welcome and at ease as a new patient. He explained options well and didn't diminish what I was experiencing. On the downside, some of the staff were less than attentive, and some were not as customer oriented. The bathroom was grossly unsanitary, and there was nothing to clean and disinfect per the nurse when asked (other than a paper towel). This was concerning as one with a compromised immune system. The seat had 3 brown spots, and the floor in front and on the side of the toilet was COVERED in urine. Some disinfectant wipes would be helpful if at minimum if there is no cleaning protocol in place during operating hours. 3.5 to 4.0 rating.
