I had a seamless appointment today. From check-in to check-out everyone was kind & efficient. Special recognition to Sherrod for explaining things clearly & ensuring I was good during the hand & wrist injections. Top notch staff & location!!!

This is by far the best ortho ever. My doctor ,Dr. Scalamogna is the best . From the time you get off the elevator and turn right to suite 200 you feel welcomed and greeted by this young lady with bright , vibrant , beautiful red hair that goes above and beyond. She took the time to help me go online , printed my insurance card and made me a copy and sealed in water proof tape . She is always always nice and kind. Then about 15 minutes later they call your name and you are met by smiling courteous nurse and the complete back office is kind , pleasant and make you feel better than you were before you walk in just by them being kind. Dr. Scalamogna performed my Total hip replacement (Anterior) 10/30/205 and I wouldn't go no place else . If I was pregnant I would want him to deliver my baby 😂😂😂

Mr. Shorrod McClain and his team provided immediate assistance. Their service truly exceeded expectations. I arrived prior to my scheduled appointment, and I was met with respectful, cheerful, and kind individuals. Mr. Shorrod McClain ensured my comfort, thoroughly explaining everything in a way that was easy to understand. He provided examples of various medical conditions, clarifying their functions and limitations. My sincere appreciation goes out to him and his staff. Thank you once again.

For the past few days, I've been suffering with severe back pain. I've NEVER been in a situation like this and feeling vulnerable. My care started with the receptionist at the front desk to the Tech that escorted me to the exam room, to Dr. Parks, a big THANK YOU, for your patience, compassion, and kindness. The services received at this office were outstanding and deserves recognition--Keep up the GREAT work!

Most definitely will not be returning to this facility. I had a follow up from an Urgent care visit. I scheduled my appointment on 9-16-2025 at 4pm, I was called at 8am to see if I could come in early at 3:45pm because Dr Charles Fryberger had surgeries that evening so I agreed to come in early. I got there at 3:11 and explained to the staff that I know I’m early and I don’t mind waiting until my appointment time. So as I am sitting and waiting it is coming up past my 3:45 appointment time, I am then told my dr left to do his surgeries and they was pushing me off to his PA. Of course I am furious but I did not make a scene. Fast forward I am still waiting in the waiting room to be called to the back. Finally around 4:15 I get called to the back, no weight check or vitals were done. The MA asked me questions and then left and said the dr will be in shortly. I sat in the back waiting until a little after 5pm for the PA to come in for him to slightly examine my finger, remind you I was there as a follow up for a sprain on my fingers which by chance were turning blue and purple and I could not move them. He did not do any X-rays, no mri no nothing. Just said he can recommend me physical therapy and some oral medication and ibuprofen which by the way he never wrote me a prescription for and just said have a nice evening. THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE. I will most definitely be speaking to Piedmont Person in charge about this. Unacceptable!!!!
