Dr. M. Colon has been my doctor for 20 plus years. She definitely cares about her patient’s feet…Dr. Colon has the personality of sunshine!! Even when I’m in pain she makes me smile. The staff is outstanding also..just at great place to get good foot health.

My uncle and I had a 2:45 pm appointment today, and the experience was extremely disappointing. When I arrived, I was suddenly told that my insurance requires a referral. When I asked why this wasn’t communicated beforehand, the associate immediately became defensive. She smirked and said, “The system has no way of knowing.” That explanation made no sense. A person called me the day before to remind me of the appointment and told me to bring my insurance cards — yet somehow left out the most important detail. This wasn’t a system error; this was a failure in communication and professionalism. The quality of service at this location has declined drastically since Dr. Godson left. The staff is unprofessional, lacks basic customer service skills, and borders on rude. To make matters worse, I wasn’t the only one dealing with this issue — several other patients were experiencing the same inconvenience on my way out. Clearly, this is an ongoing problem. Dr. Godson, we truly miss you. Without your leadership, this practice is becoming a sinking ship. Zero stars if I could.

I was treated with respect and every person I had contact with during my visit was an absolute professional. From the front desk to the doctor, and the technician was very skilled and genuinely a great person. When I arrived at the pharmacy every prescription was waiting for me. They followed through with everything that was planned without any delay. They gave me a very positive experience. I'm looking forward to my next appointment with them.
