What a scam! They claimed I would only owe roughly $800 out of pocket which I was required to pay up front. That was obviously the doctor’s payment because nobody is paying them after they are subject to such toxic behavior from their “business office.” Harassing collections calls the DAY AFTER THE CLAIM IS PROCESSED!!! Of course it was denied by insurance like everyone else says! Are you kidding me?!?! To top it off, they have outsourced their bill collections to a call center located overseas. And this is a local company?! Way to support your local economy guys! Avoid this practice at all costs!!!

Agree with others. Seems their billing is a SCAM and said my insurance denied their claim. I just received a bill dated 4/25 for services supposably rendered in 2023.

Dr visited while I was in recovery. I have no recollection of visit. Follow up visit dr had no suggestions or solutions to the constipation. When I asked about the wall thickening problem. He said a colonoscopy couldn’t identify that. I paid for a full price CT scan at their request to identify it so they could better treat me. The entire reason of the diagnostic colonoscopy and CT scan was to be able to answer that question. The follow up visit was quick. I asked those questions to Dr. Lake. He seemed uninformed and uninterested. I was giving him suggestions of possible causes to see If I could get some kind of diagnosis out of him. The entire experience drained my savings, and did absolutely nothing. I still live with problems and still am self treating with OTC medication that is from my best guess. What a waste.

Their billing is a complete SCAM! They tell you they need money up front, then it turns out they only needed a fraction of it and it takes an army to get your refund. Its been since May when I made a $1500 down payment and Im still waiting on an $1100 refund and not one person returns calls and half the time when you call, it just hangs up on you. At this point I am filing a dispute with my credit card company. Things are hard enough for people out here, you shouldnt be working so hard to take peoples money!

I have to agree with the other review I read. Their billing department is terrible. I was to have a colonoscopy on a Monday morning. I got a call from the billing department Friday afternoon to say my insurance company had said I would have to pay $500 upfront. I knew this was wrong but called my insurance company to verify just to find out I was right the procedure was 100% covered. The doctors office had closed so I went through the prep for the colonoscopy Sunday and showed up Monday. When I was asked for the $500 I told them they were wrong I didn’t have to pay anything. I was told it MUST be payed before the procedure but would be refunded if insurance covered the procedure so I paid since I had already suffered through the prep. My insurance DID pay 100% but they failed to send me my money. When I called about it I was told by Michelle in the billing department I never REQUESTED my money back so they didn’t send it to me!!!! All bills had been payed by my insurance company and they were just going to steal my money. My procedure was done 4 months ago and I’m still waiting on them to process my refund. I think this could be classified as insurance fraud!!!!
