Everyone was professional, friendly and accommodating until I arrived at the payment/scheduling appointments window. A lady, who identified herself as Neddie, began giving me a date for a yearly check-up and one for seeing a new doctor in the practice - without asking me for a time frame I could come. I drive to Gainesville, GA from Fleming Island, FL every 3 months to see my doctors. Dr. Hollar told me to make an appointment in 3 months (or else I would have told him I could make it in 3 months or 6 months), but the lady, Neddie, was going to make it for 4 months. It wasn’t what she said, it was what she didn’t say - and her impatience with me, a 74 year old lady. I finally asked her if she had had a bad day, to which she added that she had not. So I imagine she treats all patients the same or I, the last patient, was special! Dr. Diane S. Bryant

First time viisit: Nurse was prompt, did not keep me waiting. Dr. Soft spoken friendly with a sense of humor. I trust him. Summer was warm and inviting, kind and helpful. Trusting this team to cut on my eye lids. Not something I was comfortable to begin with. I am a lot more confident about upcoming procedures now.

Per the other reviews, they are pretty spot on. The doctors are great, and the staff is pretty friendly. However, it does take a long time to be seen. I waited over an hour between the two waiting areas just to put contacts on my eyes in the doctor to OK it. And that was my second appointment. The first appointment was just as long only to do a glasses evaluation. The glasses are cute and have a large selection, however, the frames are pretty expensive even with coverage. Overall, I wish they didn’t stack so many patients during one appointment time to make the process more streamlined and Me not spending an entire morning or afternoon after the eye doctor. Unfortunately, due to my busy schedule and not wanting to spend a total of two hours for a single appointment, I will not be returning Great for people who want a good doctor and have all day to wait
