I was hesitant to leave a review until I was able to talk to someone about my procedure today. But just going back thru it all in my mind, it's still hard to process. I ended up balling my eyes out while there, not from being nervous about the procedure, but from being utterly freaked out by the entire experience and so incredibly uncomfortable with my decision to have gone there. It's literally a colonoscopy conveyor line. I was told so many contradicting things throughout this entire process. Most importantly I was told the Dr would speak to me after the procedure to go over the findings. That didn't happen. I was completely out of it, asking a nurse, I presume, questions as I was being wheeled out the door. It was so rushed, like they couldn't get me out fast enough. There was 0, and I mean zero, privacy throughout the whole thing. My ring, which I forgot to take off, got left in the bag that had my clothes. They did end up finding it, so the 1 star is for that. You're just being passed as fast as possible from person to person in there in front of every single other patient there. I might quite possibly have nightmares from this. If I ever walk into a room like that again, I'm just gonna turn around and walk out.

Recently had procedure done by Dr Geary Bush here, can't speak highly enough for him and nursing, office staff. He's kind, compassionate and Whitney, Mary, Helen and Destiny were literally born for their careers. Totally distracted my extreme nervousness with friendly faces and conversations while doing a fantastic job. I highly recommend this team. The Anesthesiologist was so calming and kind! If surgery can be a "good experience " I have to say they did a really great job!

I had surgery at Gainesville Surgery Center today. I received outstanding care from the start. The lady at the front desk was kind and personable. The nurse assigned to me along with the anesthesiologist and recovery room nurse were caring, professional and informative. I was extremely pleased with my surgeon as well. I was very impressed with the care I received here.

Not a pleasant experience for me. The Doctors were very informative and friendly however I felt like everything was extremely rushed. I woke up in severe pain shaking and the nurse was rude! I felt like they wanted me out of their way instead of being concerned for my pain level. I would rather have surgery at the hospital those nurses were extremely sweet and caring. My previous surgery at Northeast GA Medical center the nurses noticed it was taking me a minute to fully wake up from the anesthesia and they were not upset or wanted me to get me out of their way. They took their time and asked me if I needed a couple more minutes to fully wake up. Extremely caring staff. I had a very pleasant experience there.

Not sure why there are negative reviews about this facility because that was absolutely not my experience. My son had two metal plates removed from his forearm yesterday and every single person we interacted with was professional, kind and compassionate. I would not hesitate to recommend this facility to my family and friends. Thank you for outstanding care for my son.
