Everyone here was amazing. My son had surgery with Dr Holtz. he staff at this facility was just so warm and caring. The lady that check us in was so sweet, she told me that they had snacks and water for me. The best was Monica the nurse in the back. She was so sweet caring and loving. She loved my son like he was her own even though he 19 and crazy. She had us laughing and he had her laughing all the way. I would defiantly recommended this facility.

This is the best medical facility in the area that we have entrusted with our son's care. Our experience here was phenomenal. My son had to have his first surgery and we as parents were naturally nervous. The entire staff was professional, excellent with children and immediately put our son's nerves at ease, along with our own. My son, who is typically uncomfortable at the doctor due to his young age, was right at home here. He wasn't nervous or frightened. The nurses gave him a cute stuffed bear and even a bubble gun to play with. They were so interactive and kind to him. The anesthesiologist, our doctor and the surgical team were informative, kind and you could really tell they have a heart for children and personal experience in putting children at ease. We had a better experience here than we have ever had at CHOA! Thank you for your professionalism, attentiveness and care. The facility was clean, open and bright. This facility stands out to us as one of the best in the area. I wholeheartedly recommend it!

Very nice new surgical center. The staff was amazing from front office to nursing in the back. I felt very well taken care of and everyone was so friendly. I love it cause it's so close to home.
