I had a colonoscopy at this location. My Doctor was Dr Oh. The staff were great. Everything was explained well. The nurses were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this location for anyone considering it. I was not able to get an itemized receipt for my procedure at this location, which was mildly annoying. But they gave me the billing department phone number and they were easy to contact for an email receipt.

One word….. AWESOME!!! The whole team… from the nice lady’s in the front office…. All the way back… Dr.Desai is The BEST!!! And his team is AWESOME, all the way from the nice, welcoming,and patient nurses, to the reassuring and caring anesthesiologist. ( I do remember names not sure if you all would like to be called out on here but… just know I appreciate ALL of you!!! It was my first procedure and they ALL made me feel safe, calm, and they all reassured me that I was in great hands and that everything was going to be just fine, and I honestly can’t thank these ladies and Dr Desai enough. Again Thank all of you so much!!!!

This visit was my first time here and my first time to have the screening procedure. The staff from check in to check out were phenomenal! The care staff excelled equally as true professionals and explained every step of the way. Also, one of the few places in the Medical world that you come in for your scheduled time and get seen pretty dang near the minute of your appointment. Now- the down side, their contracted, "Patient Advisor" was terrible. Difficult to deal with and mailed the prep package to the wrong place. They also bombard you with emails and text messages. Some texts coming at and just after midnight. Guess that would be ok if one could silence thier phone at night but that is hard to do when you are on call at work. This was the only downside and they are a "Contracted" company maybe not even here in the States given some of the heavy accents.

It was my first time having this procedures done and Dr Patel and her staff made me feel so comfortable and relax. This office has some of the best Professional and friendly staff. I would recommend Dr Patel and her staff to anyone who needs a GI Specialist and is nervous to have the Procedure done.. I would also like recognize all staff members that attended to me during and after my treatment for recognition of excellent.

From the moment I walked in the door the receptionist made me feel like I was cared for and not a number. She was professional and polite. Things didn't stop there, I was in the care of Jessica the anesthesiologist. Dr. Monocha was as awesome as he was the first time I seen him! Thank you all!!
