Same story as many others here. No appointment time given. We were told that they would call us. It’s after 11:00 am and still no call. My husband has not had any food! I called them and was told it would not be before 2:00 pm at the earliest. What? This is a total disregard for your patients time.

This review is for the endoscopy center NOT DR BEDGOOD. I would have given no stars but I couldn’t leave a review unless I gave at least ONE. My insurance covered 100% of my procedure with no deductible and I knew this going into to it…However the billing dept insisted they verified my benefits and I had to pay hundreds of dollars or I could not have the procedure. I paid it. guess who now is owed a REFUND…Guess who has had my refund for a month now and never contacted me or refunded me. I called to request my refund theyve had for over a month now….the office manager Christy says I can’t get my refund for another 3 weeks for various reasons..when I told her that was unacceptable because they had to have my money immediately so the same applied to me getting my money back…all she would say is I’m not getting it for 3 more weeks there’s nothing she can do about it and there is no one else I can speak to..,,needless to say I will have to wait until they decide I can get my money back. Dr Bedgood is amazing and I love him can’t say enough good things about him..the endoscopy center 👎🏻😒

If I could give zero stars I would. My husband had a endoscopy procedure scheduled for today at noon. We showed up 20 minutes early. After waiting until 1pm, I walked up to ask when they would take him back and after a phone call, I was told that they were behind but that Dr Adjoumo had only 1 patient ahead of my husband. It would take until 2:40pm before they finally called him back and we were told the procedure only takes 15-30 minutes. While my husband was prepped, they gave him anti drooling meds and made him lie just with a medical gown on a bed. He could hear what was going on in the other areas. He finally heard a staff member taking stuff from a closet and asked her what time it was and she said 4:09pm. That is when he had enough. Meantime, an assisstant called me into the waiting room to tell me that my husband had chosen not to go through with the procedure. This was the most unprofessional medical office we have ever been to. Needless to say we will not be going back. To make matters worse, my hubby got a call from his GI specialist and the nurse said that this office called them and told them that he was not being cooperative. Unbelievable. Save time and money and go elsewhere.

I really liked the nurses here, and my own procedure was fine with Dr. Bedgood. However, my husband sees Dr. Sedghi and his office apparently has decided that Dr. Sedghi's time is more important than the time of his patients. They will "call the day of" with your time and they time they gave him was "After lunch." We sat around all day waiting, I took the day off work to care for him and he didn't get called back until after 5pm. Our time is worth more than wasting a day. They're lucky I didn't send THEM a bill.

Waiting for a friend getting a procedure. The TV was on an extreme biased channel loud enough so we had to suffer through the main stream news media lies. Medical places should never do this no matter the side!!
