It was a very busy day and the MRI lady got backed up. But the lovely receptionist with the very short hair was kind and told us all, play by play, what we could expect and it was as smooth as silk. Being told, makes all the difference, when one has to wait a while. It eased everyone's mind. The MRI lady was just as kind and helpful as she could be. If Dr Adamson surrounds himself with people like those girls, I feel proud to have him as my doctor! Across the spectrum of this practice, I have had great experiences! Thus, the score of 10!!! It is well deserved!

I waited a little longer pass my appt.time. When the tech came to get he put me at ease. The machine did not work correctly for a few minutes. I was assured that everything was ok. The scan was not bad just noisy. I will go to them again for my scan.

After arriving for my scheduled 9 am appt, I was FINALLY taken back at almost 10. When he finally came in, the doctor then proceeded to blame me for the wait, saying I had a lot of records for him to go over. At which point he decided to blatantly show me that he had no desire to listen to me about MY body, dismiss my own experience and lackadaisically tell me he has no intention to offer solutions or help. Meanwhile, even though he blamed me for the wait "because of all of my records" that was clearly a lie as he then demanded I tell him about the details of the medication THAT HE PRESCRIBED! dr lahoti is one of the most unprofessional physicians I've ever dealt with in my many decades of seeing different doctors and specialists. Never have I been so arrogantly ignored and disrespected. Not even an apology for holding me hostage in that office for an hour and a half to spend all of 10 minutes with him. I absolutely paid $40 to have my time wasted. the incompetence is astounding as far as I'm concerned. Nothing got resolved from that visit and I would NEVER RECOMMEND anyone to go to him for actual help. This is not a doctor you can depend on or has my health as a priority. But I would like to give a huge shout out to the medical assistant, Tracy. She was amazing during the weeks and weeks of back and forth with insurance and medication issues. I would have preferred to see her in all honesty.

I cannot say enough great things about this neurologist surgeon. From the very first appointment, they were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly compassionate. They took the time to truly listen, explain everything in a way I could understand, and made sure all my questions were answered without ever feeling rushed. The level of expertise and precision shown throughout my care was outstanding, and I felt confident and safe every step of the way. The entire team was also welcoming and supportive, which made a stressful situation much easier to handle.
