I cannot get off work kand spend hours getting higher priced glasses. I've had to wait three years because of my work schedule and the prescription PD cannot be entered for glasses.

Before they moved to this location, service was great! Now, I've been on the phone an hour. Busy signal constantly and no way to get in touch with them! I love Dr. Garrard but unfortunately I will have to shop for a new doctor. It's sad but I've been a loyal patient for over 20 years. This is not the way to treat ANYONE!

The actual eye care service is generally great and efficient, but their billing and back office stuff is just not well maintained. I picked up contacts in September after my August 2020 visit, and when I paid for those, I was not told I had an outstanding balance then. In January 2021, I started receiving texts that I had an unpaid bill which I paid in March 2021. Now, I have received a letter that I have an unpaid balance with this group, but I have received NO communications since March 2021–not a text, phone call, or email. Why would I have a balance when I have not been back since my annual exam in August 2020? This does not seem practical or transparent for patients.

I see Dr. Watkins and found her to be both knowledgeable and helpful. I have a rare condition that I was born with and she took extra time to explain everything to me. Other doctors have never taken time in the past. I highly recommend her.

I wanted to make an appointment with Dr. Ellis, but the receptionist said he retired and said it would be Dr. Hinson seeing me. However, today I learned from a friend of mine that Dr. Ellis was not retiring, and the receptionist she talked to could not understand why i was not told the truth. If they do not let me see Dr. ellis, i will not go. People should always tell the truth. She thought perhaps i would not find out her lie.
