We had a terrible experience at this surgery center, overcrowded waiting room, run down building, did not seem clean at all. Staff did not seem knowledgeable and communication was not helpful. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

The billing department overcharged me by $1600. I checked my claim status with my insurance company or I would not have known about the overcharge. I phoned the billing department and spoke to Michele who could not explain it but agreed that they owed me $1600. I was told as soon as the manager approved it, I would get my refund to the card I paid with. Michele could not tell me how long that would take .. she said maybe 2 weeks? I’m not impressed. I will be reporting them to my surgeon’s practice and to Blue Cross Blue Shield. This is simply unacceptable. They know before surgery what benefits are being paid. I would not have known had I not checked my claim with Blue Cross Blue Shield. I wonder if they would have processed a refund had I not called them out? .

I didn’t care for the childish, immature adults from the recovery area. I was called to see if I could come in early for my epidural injection because of a cancellation. I was sitting with an elderly woman in her home trying to get her help for her overwhelming neglected outgoing trash and neglected chores bc of her sudden trauma. I was given passive aggressive treatment for what her home smelled like! I was back side was exposed and didn’t properly cover me back up. This place was the worse place I will never go back to. And all bc I was trying to help someone else? You immature children were the worst and I pray no grace understanding for you or your family! You could have asked me!!! Disgraceful behavior!

The "facility fee" is simply insane. Absurd. $2800 is more than an ordinary person can afford. That's more than 2 months of rent for some people. They are overcharging massively for simple procedures to make a quick buck

My wife Paula had a hip injection today 08/06/2025. I would like to thank all involved in her care today. From the time we checked in at the front desk to the time we departed after her procedure all the staff and the nurses were very professional and courteous. We highly recommend this facility
