I’ve had care at the facility twice in the past two years. Both times I’ve had surgery I’ve had nothing short of a great experience. The nursing staff takes time to explain everything and answers any questions you have. This isn’t the type of place I would typically review, however when I saw the low reviews I felt compelled.

I will never have a surgery here anymore very bad experience, after surgery for a buion .I have never had a surgery like this one before ,I must say I had nothing but swelling numbness legs are about to explode. I will never have a surgery here anymore.

The staff really dropped the ball on me. I was not informed until the day before my scheduled surgery that I needed labs and preop release. The only time I was successfully contacted was about payments! Needless to say the surgery was canceled!!!!! After preparing myself and my caregivers physically and mentally for this surgery, all I got was a bunch of “I’m sorrys”

My husband is a patient of Dr Pines. He is a great doctor but his nurse Melanie is one of the worst healthcare professionals we’ve ever come across. I Avoid her at all costs. My husband is a survivor of a traumatic brain injury and when he went in for his procedure (for which I wasn’t allowed to be with him) they humiliated him. He isn’t able to coordinate his care so I do his medicines and appointments. He said Melanie made him feel like an old man in a nursing home. She insulted him. She googled things in front of him trying to make him feel stupid. She told him he should coordinate his own care and was loud while she did it so everyone could hear. She also went around asking others for support of her opinion that the antibiotic I listed my husband was allergic to didn't exist. I hope no one ever has to put up with what she put my husband through. She’s a bully and should be ashamed!!!!!! If making someone who has faced challenges feel humiliated is her way of making herself feel big, that’s just plain out sorry!!!!
