I recently moved from IN to GA. I Have been seeing a neurologist for years and I dreaded having to get a new Dr. The office staff is great the nursing staff too. Dr. Valid is Awesome!! He's punctual and very thorough. He has a wonderful bedside manner. My husband was impressed too. I am really happy to have found this place.
I have been a customer for 8 years and I have never failed a drug test, never overtook my medicine, never gave any problems. I had a dentist appointment and was in pain. The dentist gave me a 1 day Tylenol 3. I didn’t no what Tylenol 3 was. I assumed that it was just Tylenol. I had a appointment and the appointment was as like all of my appointment routine. They took my vitals, asked clinical questions, went over medications, then the NP that I’ve never seen before said I’m sorry but we got to dismiss you and I was Shocked 😳, hurt 😢, angry 😤 all at the same time. I have 2 Chronic Diseases, plus get infusions. I proceeded to ask them for all my paperwork and questioned them and they literally called the police on me which 2 or 3 police officers came out. I felt used because I realized that they took me through the routine to get paid for the day knowing that they was dismissing me 🤦♂️ They do not care, it is only for the Money. It’s always chaos from when you walk in the door until you leave. Nothing is organized and is never peaceful. Looses files, forget to call your medicine in and the communication is horrible. They do not ever return calls. I will never refer this place at all. RUN, RUN 🏃🏽♂️ RUN. When God give you signs be obedient. Hopefully my story may save others. God Bless
I have been a patient for over two years. Both before covid and after. Dr. Vaid and his staff have always been attentive to whatever my chronic pain I was feeling at the time. Four stars instead of five reflects on the facility, not the staff. They are always so busy treating patients that it becomes obvious they need more staff, better phones (the on hold recording is awful) and an IT upgrade. I also would recommend the White Oak surgery center. Always a good experience there as well.
Impressive first visit Dr. Kassamali and his assistant, Jeremy, were very pleasant and informative during my initial visit with this practice. I felt very comfortable and that I was being taken seriously. I felt I could trust them to have my best interests in mind. The office staff were kind and responsive. My first prescription turned out to need a prior authorization and their staff person responsible for that got it processed in 24 hours or less. High marks all around.
Everyone at this office is amazing. Starting at the front desk, Jocelyn, Kristen or Vickie greet you warmly as you come in and treat you as a valued person, even remembering your name. The triage team, who are often overlooked for the good job they do, is always very caring and attentive to your needs and getting you back as soon as possible. Next you are seen by a nurse, another very sweet. intelligent staff member who asks lots of important questions about your health, family and life making sure the doctor has all the important information he/she needs as well as building a good relationship with their patient. The doctor I see is great, Dr. Vaid. He has treated me for 3 years and helped me manage my pain so that I can live life and not let the pain control me. He has performed several procedures on me and done so well I didn't need sedation. There is also a woman named Jennifer who checks in on the patients and is one of my favorite staff members. She asks any questions that may have been missed and checks in on your personal life as well, developing better relationships with the patients. As I stated I have been with them over 3 years and I would recommend this Office, Family, to anyone that reads this. PS - Whoever wrote that review for Debra Meadows is totally wrong about the wait times. As for the 15 minutes most doctors do that as a courtesy, they see lots of patients and ask that you come 15 minutes early to avoid that and delay the person after you. It sounds like someone had a bad day and seeing them talk like that about such a great office that I love bothers me because it isn't true.
