Staff is always so friendly and professional. My wait time is never long and they get me in and out. I really appreciate the convenient times they are open. The few times I have been here has always been a great experience. When I need any medical help, this will be the place I come to.
I was surprisingly surprised!. After sitting in the ER for 3 1/2 hours waiting for someone to check out the results of a saw blade in between my toes. Nope, not Today! I went to Peachtree in Perry, Ga I was impressed. Front desk was so sweet. Helping me with my dumb questions, a making me feel as if they weren’t dumb questions! Kudos! Mr. Day was so cool. Very competent and great skills in explaining things as he did them. No doubt, I’ll be back!
I am not sure of names, but we were there on Friday, Feb 6th at around 2 pm. The front desk young girl was amazingly kind, patient and helpful for someone of her age. The young lady with the gorgeous naturally curly hair who roomed us was equally kind, gentle and caring when taking care of my 97 year old dad. NP Casselle spoke clearly and caringly and took all the time we needed in the room. We didn't feel rushed and we felt like she truly cared for us. She gave me her number in case I had any further questions. I recommend this 'doc in a box' to anyone who needs care.
Kimberly Jenkins, FNP was outstanding. She looked at my history and noticed during yesterday‘s visit was the third of this month. She discovered I was tested positive for coronavirus on the visit of Jan 7,2026 and apparently notifications were sent out, but I didn’t answer the phone and didn’t know. Went to your services again on Tuesday jan27 and that person di not look at my history of the visit from Jan 7. If she di she would have noticed I was positive with coronavirus and would have been more agressive with treatment since I was worse from my Jan 7 visit. She sent me home with Amoxicilin. I got worse since my January 27 visit ended up having a severe ear ache which I haven’t had since I was a kid Wyche brought me into the office yesterday, February 2. Ms Kimberly, looking at the history, knowing this is my third visit during this month, said she was going to take a more aggressive approach and gave me a steroid shot and an antibiotic shot and changed my meds taking me off the amoxicilin. So far I am getting better. I don’t understand why on my second visit she didn’t pick up the fact that this was a follow up. I needed to be more aggressive. This would eliminated my third visit. But anyway, I was very satisfied with Ms Kimberly.
I had bad case of the flu or something. I went to PIC this morning and Naffi greeted me at the door with a smile and simple instructions for checking in. The check-in process was simple. The wait was not long. Morgan took my initial vital signs. She was great! Very thorough asking questions to determine what initial tests were needed. She was also very kind with great bedside manners. NP Arshia Cassell was tremendously kind and thoughtful. She was very thorough in her assessment. She effortlessly pinpointed key symptoms and expertly diagnosed my illness. The medications she prescribed made me feel better almost immediately. This is a great team of professionals! These are the type of employees you want representing your organization. Please promote them and/or GIVE THEM A SUBSTANTIAL RAISE IN PAY!!! Thank you so much for your kindness and help!
