I had a back surgery at this place. They want return my phone calls. I went from walking to a wheelchair.. I can't tell when I have to go to bathroom toi. This is my nightmare. Im in 24 unbearable pain. Its been 2 years. They will not help!

I would like to give praise and gratitude to this wonderful doctor. Dr. Jerry Walters did an outstanding job with getting my lower back pain. I had Sciatica Back pain for over 20+ years and was in daily pain. I was referred to him because I had gone through numerous injections, along with physical therapy, in which they helped for a short amount of time. Dr. Walters got to the root of the problem with surgery and for the first time in years, I can honestly say that my back is still in healing stages, but I am 98% pain free with No limping when I walk, and No leaning on a grocery basket when I go to the grocery store. I have been waiting and praying for this healing, and Dr. Walters was my angel. I really appreciate him, along with his very caring staff. Everyone was very nice and I truly recommend him . Dr. Walters is amazing. His staff is questionable. I'm still recovering from life-changing surgery five weeks ago, but i can't get proper aftercare because his clerical team has sent my follow-up exams to the wrong location for the wrong part of my body consistently for 3 weeks. I can't schedule a follow up with the DR until this is done. Dr. Walters is great, very skilled and patient. His clerical team? They're seriously failing him.

Dr. Walters is such a kind soul and very intelligent as well! I have a cervical neck fusion (C1-C4) after breaking my neck in a near-fatal automobile accident back in 2010. I did HIIT training in February 2024, and the exercises left my neck in severe, excruciating pain! I'm talking, I wasn't even able to lift my fork to my mouth to eat without sharp pain shooting up and down my neck. On a scale from 1-10, with 10 being the worst, my pain was easily an 8 or 9. After the deep tissue massages lots its efficacy, I decided to go to a neck specialist. My Regenerative Spine and Pain and doctor referred me to Legacy Brain & Spine for further recommendations for the best treatment plan on my neck. Dr. Walters prescribed neck injections along with physical therapy as the best easy to alleviate my neck pain. And he couldn't have been more accurate! I received neck injections and instantly felt 100 times better. I remember crying tears of relief because I had carried such a heavy pain all of 2024 that was lifted off me after receiving neck injections January 2025. The pain was minimally still present though, but I was told that physical therapy would eradicate the pain completely. I had 14 sessions of physical therapy, and when I tell you the pain is gone...I TRULY MEAN IT! Please do not hesitate to trust Dr. Walters with his guidance and expertise regarding the brain and spine. His entire staff is so loving and kind and treated me like family.
