For weeks I’ve been unable to contact the family medicine staff via phone (Dr. Reddy’s office specifically) Every time I’ve called to speak with staff (10 times at least) it immediately goes to their full inbox. I had an appointment scheduled weeks in advance. Even went in person earlier this week to confirm it was still on. The evening before my appointment they left me a voicemail saying actually the doctor won’t be in at that time. I can’t even call them back to get a new time and online the appointment are booked two months out. It’s ridiculous I need to take time out of my work day to see them in person every single time I need to speak with someone at the front desk.

Seems when you've been hurting really bad wth your back and you try to get hold of your doctor it's either voicemail is full .if u leave message nobody calls u back. I've been hurting so bad wth my back and knees I have to hold to pull myself up outa the chair in a lot of pain. Nobody takes the time to call me Dr reddy or nurse. I can't do my daily mile walk. I've tried and tried.to get in touch. Maybe I can find someone who will help me. Believe me if they hurt as bad as I've been last 3 months pain is unbearbeable

Dr. Arora and her staff are polite and attentive. Dr. Arora takes the time to listen to me and ensures all my concerns are addressed at each visit. She’s very knowledgeable , personable and caring. Miss Mercedes (The front office) is very accommodating and pleasant.
