Dr. Hunter and the staff were wonderful when I had my procedure. However, the billing staff are horrible trying to bill me for a no show on a day I did not have anything schedule. In fact my procedure was the next day from the day they indicated I was a no show. I called and spoke with someone when I received the first statement. I thought that it was taken care of after speaking with the centers representative. Then I receive another statement a month later with the same no show charge. This is why they receive 2 stars!

I felt very comfortable the whole time, Donna, Marilyn, Paris, and everyone else I met made me feel very comfortable and involved throughout my entire procedure. Everyone introduced themselves and were very professional. Even when I was the last patient of the day, no one pushed me after my procedure to leave, and everyone made sure I was ready to go when I was ready. I’m grateful for all the staff who made my experience a pleasant one. Thank you!

The whole process of my husband's colonoscopy here has been some of the worst communication we've ever experienced from a medical office. It took repeated calls and messages left to even get the procedure scheduled. We arrived 15 minutes early on the morning of the scheduled procedure, only to be told it was canceled. What? No one called to say it was canceled. No one told the pharmacy not to fill the prescription for the bowel prep. So, after a long, miserable night chugging down the prep, they think it's fine to say it's been canceled. When I said this wasn't acceptable, the lady at the check-in desk went back to ask about it, and eventually told us they would "work him in" but didn't give a time estimate. 45 minutes later, when we asked her if she knew when they'd take him back, she said, "All of these other people are ahead of him. They had an appointment." Well, so did he. We've both had procedures here in the past, and it was fine then. This place has really gone downhill. I'm honestly shocked to see all of the good reviews. Please don't read them and assume you'll have a good experience. It certainly hasn't been ours. I'll be looking around for options when the next procedure rolls around. Sigh. What a disappointing experience. UPDATE: We did receive a call this afternoon from someone at the office with an apology and explanation. It makes us feel more appreciated, for sure. I've edited the rating to reflect. My husband told me that everyone once he got into the back was courteous and helpful.

This location is so much better than having to go to a large hospital for a procedure. Instructions were precise about what meds to stop taking and when, what to do before the procedure, when to arrive, which is not the procedure time. Info was mailed and emailed along with reminders. After arriving and signing forms, I was prepped by friendly knowledgeable staff, then had plenty of time to wait. I was rolled back for the procedure just a few minutes after the appointed time. Everything was explained, and afterwards I was taken care of and released asap with instructions. This was a very positive experience.

Dr. Perry and his entire team, from scheduling to the nursing staff, are exceptional! They do not miss a beat when it comes to customer service and bedside manner. He is my go to without hesitation! I have never left disappointed.
