Not sure where to start. Made an appt for My husband (68) has had some back issues in the past, he did what they told him, physical therpy and such didn’t work. Long story short they took all that money from insurance just for them to say MRI results from singletons assistant-he’s old and got a lot of stuff going on, never made an attempt after MRI to help him get better! Getting another clinic. Don’t waste your time ( he did say I have to get with my colleges and never heard from him again)

The receptionists, X-ray technicians, and nurses are all so nice every time I've been in the office. Dr Parrott is so sweet and she's helped my bum knee so much. Wish I had found this office a long time ago!

The staff is awesome from start to finish. I have been in suites 100, 2nd floor and latest 200. The surgical area is superb. The preop staff is extremely kind and reassuring helping to relieve all my Anxiety. Dr Musser what can I say the absolute best. His kind gentle way of explaining the procedure is the best. The nursing staff in the procedure room kind explaining everything and use all the surgical protocols preventing any mistakes and explain each step from start to finish. I am sooooo happy with the services I have received it's worth the 4 hour drive to stockbridge. I refer everyone I know to this practice and trust them 1000%. Thank to PA shah the absolute best. Dr. Alex! Thank you sooooo much! Because of you giving me that shot to my arthritic knee I can FINALLY get around on my crutches! If you had been at Southern Regional when I went there I would have been a happy camper! Your entire staff was WONDERFUL! Even the assistant that allowed me to pinch her skin off when you stuck my knee😭🤣you guys are in the correct position. Now, I can't wait to meet Dr. Mystery ( the name always makes me laugh) I know that he will be great also. If your having ANY Ortho problems, go to this office! It's the best!

The office is very nice. They use an online portal so you can check in early and even add a payment method for copays. It was pretty easy to find my way and there was plenty of parking. I originally scheduled with Dr. Rappaya he was unable to keep the appointment and so I had to reschedule which meant then I would be seen by his PA Alex McCollum. I believe he is a new PA which I think came across in his eye contact and customer service skills. It was unusual but not because it was an uncomfortable amount of eye contact or friendliness but I think that its so uncommon now days. I really appreciated the personable approach he took. I’m always looking for great providers because they really make a difference. I think he will have a long happy career so long as he keeps up the good customer service skills alongside his education! Lastly, the staff were mind and quick to help get me checked in and out.
