I hate the robocalls. Get someone to call me that's real or leave me alone. Robocalls are unprofessional, impersonal, and disrespectful. If you actually cared about your patients you would make the call yourself without making excuses. When I tried to call the office within the normal business hours the automated message said that the office is now closed yet repeated the hours of normal operations of to the which I am calling in. Therefore it is deceitful. I cannot stand any form of deceit. It makes me angry and intolerant because I know those that are deceitful are lazy and will cause harm. That is simple fact. Anyone that's lived above 30 has already experienced this at least once in their life and knows it to be true.
