I saw him for less than 10 minutes told me to get over told me to get a MRI because he thinks I have a pinched nerve in my lower back. I was born with cerebral palsy as people with my condition get older we develop secondary effects and with mine, it’s my nerves flaring up and muscle spasms, and the tightness from my lower back all the way through to my feet and I told the woman at the desk I would not be coming back

Dr. Ellner has kept me moving for a lot of years. He and his staff are caring and responsive. I could not imagine where I would be if I was not a patient. After 26 ortho surgeries, I can tell you that he is amazing.

I went in in extreme pain and after 1 treatment was pain free for about 4 months. Just had a second treatment after pain returned and now I’m pain free again. It takes weeks to get an appointment for the procedure that’s the only reason for the 4 stars otherwise they are 5!

My wife has chronic pain due to many ailments. We have seen Dr. Ellner and his staff for several years. We have been pleased with his care and the concern he shows for his patients. I have seen doctors who care, but I am telling you he really stands head and shoulders above the rest. If you have chronic pain I suggest you come see Dr. Ellner.

Dr. Ellner and his staff were friendly. I was extremely upset to be asked for a urine sample so they could conduct a drug screen. I pushed back and was told it was necessary. Keep in mind I was in extreme pain and already told I needed a spinal fusion. I complied with the request, passed of course and was taken back to prepare for the epidurals. Much to my surprise I have now received a bill from the company that provides the drug testing services. I feel I should have been told there would be a separate bill for a service I tried to deny. I will add they greatly reduced it from $1370 to 102. I'm 54 years old and in screaming pain referred by a Neurosurgeon in the network Of course I'm not a drug addict trying to jump from dr. to dr. I finally ended up at Emory having the same procedure and no drug test was required.
