Absolutely the worst medical care I have ever received. Dr A-rahim is great. His nurses and staff talk over you, do not listen, will not respect requests about your own body, are condescending. But they do it while smiling and laughing, so there's that. They must have paid for that Best in Hawai'i rating. Do not go here.

Wonderful experience! The staff are great and friendly, the procedure was fast and comprehensive. The small touches like warm blankets made it an easy experience! I would highly recommend for your procedure.

For a facility nobody is especially happy to visit, this place does it right. Even handing 30+ procedures a day, the experience was efficient and pleasant (well, as pleasant as a colonoscopy could be). Dr. Wong was great, the whole team was great (all introducing themselves even knowing I'll never remember a single name). I'm not in a hurry to get another procedure, but when my time comes around in ten years, I hope this place can fit me in.
