I recently had a colonoscopy at IGA in Meridian, Idaho. The entire staff, front desk, and support personnel were very efficient and helpful. Communications are excellent as they call prior to see if any questions or concerns and follow up after surgery. Dr Otsu-Jensen completed the procedure. She explained the procedure and asked if I had any questions. Her manner is very calming and reassuring. Would highly recommend this center.

Kirsten Morigeau was wonderful. She seemed truly sincere and caring. Dr.Morigeau could sense that I was nervous about the procedure, but made me feel more at ease by the time she was ready to get started.

At IGA in Meridian, everyone is very friendly and wants to help you and take care of you. Dr. Bisbal has a great bedside manner as well as everyone else there. You might go in nervous, but by the time you go in for the procedure you will feel at ease. They are definitely compassionate about their job and their patients.

Dr. Jaeger was amazing! Her and her team made me feel very comfortable and helped take away the nerves. They are so good at what they do that I don’t remember getting drowsy. I highly recommend her! She’s the best!

I had an excellent experience. Everyone I dealt with from checking in, the nurses and the doctor was great. Dr. Matt Sericati was kind and good at letting me know what the process entailed. Everyone was very compassionate and I felt comfortable during the entire visit.
