I had a surgery done here in 2023, i owed 3 bills for it with them being one of them. Out of the 3 they are the only ones that treated me like a person. I was unemployed shortly after the surgery and they put my bill on hold so I could get income before paying. After that i set up a payment plan and there was some miscommunication so it was 'completed' for an amount less than i owed and the remaining ended up in collections.... When i called them they determined they would reverse the collections and write it off instead of penalizing me for it. I tried not to cry on the phone but I am so appreciative of them treating me like a human being and working with me to get my bill with them addressed, especially during a time where i was unemployed for 6months and every other bill owed expected me to just magic the money into my account. This was such a blessing during a insane time of my life!

I can’t express my gratitude enough for the amazing staff and surgeons here, my son had a necessary procedure and they were so helpful and informative, they are very respectful and have a very nice, clean waiting room. They called shortly after surgery to check on my son and see if I had any questions. Thank you for all that you do!

I had cataract surgery in January 2024 which was performed by Dr. Brent Betts at Eagle Eye and Laser Center and very thankful for the great vision I now have. I am happy to recommend him and the whole team at Eagle Eye and Laser Center. I thank Dr. Betts for his skill and for the wonderful care I received from the preop nurses and anesthesiologists who made me feel very comfortable. I recently has cataract surgery done at this facility by Dr. Kent. I am impressed with the care, concern and the comfort before, during and after my procedure. My two pre-op nurses (Karen and Nick) were absolutely amazing. In fact, I loved Karen so much during my first surgery, I was disappointed she was off during my second surgery. Nick was there for my second surgery and was every bit as good as Karen. I would definitely recommend Eagle Eye Surgery and Laser Center! I am a tough customer as I am a Registered Nurse and used to work in a surgery center, so it's easy to be critical. Everyone was amazing. Thank you!
