Procedures Performed

Common outpatient procedures performed at this ambulatory surgery center, based on reported specialties.

Tonsillectomy / AdenoidectomyThe tonsils and sometimes the adenoids are removed for repeated infections or sleep-disordered breathing. Recovery is notably harder for adults than children, with significant throat pain for a week or more and a real emphasis on staying hydrated.Ear Tube PlacementTiny tubes are placed through the eardrum to drain fluid and ventilate the middle ear, most often for children with recurrent ear infections. The procedure takes about 10 minutes and the tubes usually fall out on their own within a year.Sinus Surgery (FESS)A camera and instruments passed through the nostrils open blocked sinus drainage pathways, with no external incisions. Considered for chronic sinusitis that has not improved with medication. Congestion often worsens briefly before it improves.SeptoplastyThe wall of cartilage and bone between the nostrils is straightened to improve airflow through a blocked side. It addresses breathing rather than external appearance, though it is sometimes combined with cosmetic reshaping.Turbinate ReductionSwollen tissue inside the nose is shrunk to improve airflow, frequently at the same time as septoplasty. Often the difference between a nose that is structurally straight and one that actually feels open.LaryngoscopyA scope examines the voice box and vocal cords, used for persistent hoarseness, difficulty swallowing, or throat pain that has not resolved. Small lesions can sometimes be biopsied or removed during the same procedure.

Procedure list is based on CMS-reported specialty designations. Contact the facility to confirm specific procedures offered.

I’m very happy with my experience at Saranga your clinic Dr. Crawford was very clear and explaining to me the procedures and outcomes. The nurses were all very helpful also and explaining each step of the way I am one day post surgery while riding this so the full outcome is yet to be seen. I’m excited to hear again, thank you to all the personnel at Saranga surgery center.

This was my 4th surgery at syringa in the last Several years. Each one has been a pleasant experience. Nurse Avery was great and explained everything she was doing, and very personable. Nurse Vee was also great, and gave me the fastest and easiest IV that I have ever had. Jeff and Annie, the anesthesiologist are great at making it as comfortable and fun as possible. Overall the team at syringa is doing great, and I highly recommend

I had a fantastic experience, Dr Ilya Leyngold was extremely helpful in explaining the procedure, answering all my questions and setting realistic expectations for PostOp recovery. The staff has been great, very impressed with Jonas and his professionalism, a great asset to the team. The team at the Surgical Center where my procedure took place was the best. All very attentive, they left no doubt that they were well trained, qualified and that I was in good hands. I would recommend Dr Leyngold and his staff to anyone seeking plastic surgery needs. Again, couldn’t be happier with the early and obvious positive results and the limited amount of pain and discomfort. Thank you to Everyone involved in my care, especially Dr Ilya Leyngold. Last parting praise, Dr Leyngold personally texted me on two separate occasions the evening of my PostOp recovery, the fact that he was willing to reach out to me a 9pm to make sure I was doing okay, went above and beyond any of my expectations of care and service.

I had my first major surgery here and I was so nervous upon arrival. The moment I walked in they helped put my mind at ease. The front desk receptionist was so kind and my nurse Averee was delightful. She explained everything throughly that she was administering to me and had a great sense of humor. Annie was my anesthesiologist and was delightful. Once I was wheeled back to the OR there was a whole team set to greet me and they were the nicest ladies ever! I appreciated the playlist they choose to have on and once the mask went on it was lights out and I had the best nap of my life. I’m only a day into recovery but I feel really good and I know it’s because I had phenomenal team taking care of me. Thank you so much!
