I had surgery here on May 31st. My pre surgery nurse Jen (or Jan) was very nice & thorough. Explained everything they were doing to me. Spencer the anesthesiologist, was also very kind. I had a great experience having my surgery done here.

These people actually listened to me and my surgery went amazing. I have EXTREMELY bad anxiety. And I was away from all comfort things for an hour and they were all really nice and I didn't have a panic attack. The IV came out of my vein once and the nurse listened to me and wiggled it around to get it back on my vein. These people were very awesome, it made this surgery an amazing experience compared to the ones I've had before.

My experience was Excellent! I was so anxious for my procedure but the staff, anesthesiologist and nurses were so kind and walked me through everything. It made my experience the best it could probably get. I thank God for that. I ended up feeling really good about my decision on getting surgery. Ive told a few of my family members that I didnt know how your facility could get that many kind people in one surgery center. I am grateful for that. Thank you all at Millenium!

2 stars only because it’s clean and affordable. It took me a couple of weeks and SEVERAL phone calls just to get a quote on my potion of the surgery, when I asked what the anesthesia portion was one lady went so far as to tell me to call all the anesthesiologists around to find out who would have my sons case. Poor poor communication skills, one staff member told me it wasn’t there fault they were short staffed. On the day of the surgery I son went in 45 minutes late. I get running late but not one person/nurse or otherwise gave us an update on them being late. We just sat with a kid who couldn’t have anything to eat or drink without any word on expected time in. When I finally asked a nurse how much longer her answer was “it’s imminent”. I said ok then she said very matter of fact “well I know who to blame”. I don’t care whose to blame I just wanted to be kept informed. Not a professional environment at all.

I was a patient here not too long ago and I could not have asked for a better experience. Everyone staffed here was so wonderful about making sure I was well informed. They could tell I was nervous because I had to go under anesthesia and they were absolutely wonderful about making sure I felt comfortable and safe. From the moment I checked in until I left, the staff taking care of me made the experience less scary and more relaxing. If I could have the choice for any future surgeries here, I would pick them every time! Thank you so much to all of you!
